1. Return/Exchange Cases:

Customers are advised to inspect the condition of goods and may request an exchange or return at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:

  • The item is not the correct type or model as ordered or as shown on the website at the time of purchase.

  • The quantity or set of items is incomplete as per the order.

  • The external condition is affected, such as torn packaging, peeling, or breakage.

Customers are responsible for presenting relevant documents as proof of the above issues to complete the return/exchange process.

2. Basic Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Products must include the original box, accessories, and any promotional gifts (if applicable).

  • Customers must meet at least one of the following conditions:

  • Present the original purchase invoice.

3. Exchange Conditions:

  • Meet all basic conditions stated above.

  • The product must be unopened, sealed, and in 100% new condition.

  • The exchange must be made within 30 days from the purchase date, based on the invoice.

  • The replacement product must be of equal or greater value than the original item.

4. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Products:

  • Products that are part of promotions, discounts, or monthly sale campaigns.
